Notice of two motions

Moved by Anna Burns, Seconded by Mike Bretner;   That the Hollyburn Sailing Club cease the policy of granting complementary Coop memberships to Executive members. That members of the Executive Committee should pay fees as every ordinary member; such as any membership, storage or Coop membership fees.

Moved by Mike Bretner and Seconded by Jen Stanger;   That the Remembrance Day Wreath and the Forest of Miracles tree become permanent budget items. That there will never be a need to vote on approving the expenditure for either the Remembrance Day Wreath and/or the Forest of Miracles tree.  The Executive may cancel either expenditure if circumstances warrant it.
